We had the pleasure of working with Laith for installing a new gas dryer, installation of Rinnai Tankless water heater, correction of gas lines and streamlining the furnace vents. I had a tankless water heater installed by Laith. I got in touch with him over a weekend and he was very prompt in his response, arrived within 1 hour to provide us with his evaluation. We have used HVAC Canada LTD for the last 5 years to maintain and service our AC and on demand units. If we ever have a breakdown Laith treats us as if resolving this issue is his highest priority of the day. He is always extremely courteous, informative and very hardworking. Our furnace stopped working on SundayWe called Laith and he responded immediately. He came after one hour and diagnosed the problem and he fixed temporarily and keep us warm during the night. He showed Monday with the part and got the job done.He checked everything and clean the work area.He recommended his service and will use him for the future.

My 15 year old tankless water heater was leaking from inside unit and stopped working. I called HVAC Canada Limited as they were listed as a Rinnai Pro service dealer. Laith answered call and was able to come for service call within a couple hours. After diagnosing heat exchanger leak and due to age of unit it was time for a new unit. He was able to secure the model I wanted and was back the following day for the installation. He was very professional and knowledgeable about every aspect of the install. He went the extra mile to make adjustments to my old installation of venting and gas line to make sure everything met or exceeded code. He was a real perfectionist! I found this very refreshing as most people I have dealt with in the past just want to get the job done as fast as possible and get the heck out! I will now be using him as my service maintenance person for all my HVAC requirements.

I have known Laith Azou from HVAC Canada for the past 4 years and he has been servicing both my furnace and water heater. Recently my 14 year old tankless water had its heat exchanger broken. Fortunately the heat exchanger had a year left on warranty; but Laith was able to successfully convince the OEM that merely replacing the exchanger wouldn’t fix the issue given the working condition of the whole unit itself. The OEM ultimately replaced the whole unit under warranty! Laith is not only a subject matter expert, but also very professional and credible with his approach. I would not hesitate to recommend him any HVAC related work.

We have been using Laith’s services for a few years now since my old Navien tankless water heater developed some corrosion and leakage on the heat exchanger. Instead of waiting several days for someone else to find the time to come, Laith came right away. He persuaded Navien to replace the unit under warranty with a brand new updated model. He picked up the unit and installed it with minimal fuss, taking care to explain everything that he was doing. He has been maintaining the unit for us since that time. Today he came to perform regular maintenance on the Navien and as we recently switched to using him for our HVAC system too, he dealt with the A/C system as well.Laith always does good work, comes whenever needed and is reliable and trustworthy. We highly recommend him!!
