Out of all the Tim Hortons I’ve ever been too, this one is my favourite!! There is nothing worse than grabbing your first coffee of the day and it’s not made right! Am I right!!?? This specific store has made every coffee I’ve purchased there right! I absolutely love not having to worry if my coffee is gonna taste like it should. Morning or night, they get it right!

Unfortunately my friend was not able to sit in for his coffee because he did not have the phone app. When he explained he did not own a cell phone they still denied him joining me. So I did not go in either.

The staff are friendly and orders rarely ever get messed up. It’s unfortunate tho that you could be waiting 10-15 mins for a coffee. I think the town of Cochrane should open another Tim Hortons because the people at this one usually have to deal with drive-thru lines to the main road all day. On top of in-store orders. Keep in mind if you go and have to wait, it’s not the workers fault. If your in a rush, make sure your able to wait for 10 mins or so if going.

Took forever to get a coffee. The drive thru is really rough with big pot holes . I don't recommend this Tim Hortons.

In all the years I've been taking my vehicles to get repaired I've never been offered a curtasy vehicle until today when I brought my vehicle to Ok tires. Very curtious , great staff great service. There's a reason the company I work for take their vehicles there

I purchased 3 ham and cheese sandwiches as were headed back home. As I was waiting I was advised that there was no ham but I could get turkey or beef. I selected the beef and waited for my order. I received our order and left. As we were ready to eat I took a bite and lo and behold my sandwich had no beef. Mustard, lettuce and cheese only. I checked with the other two folks and the same thing. I can see maybe one was missed but all three. We were not in a position to return. I will double check everything before I leave a Tim Hortens again, if I do return.

Most of the staff are great. A lot of times the service inside is too slow. In drive thru, there's coffee & tea grinds in my drinks. Inside the store, food orders are slow.I would recommend more staff working from about 4pm & later. The inside of the building is falling apart. Repairs are long overdue.
