They called twice within an hour, and when I called them back, the woman got angry when I told her I had no negatives on my credit report, and when I wouldn't capitulate to her demands, was very rude and hung up on me. When I called again to ask them not to bother me, the new agent said he could transfer me back to the first agent, but could not guarantee no further communications, and got snippy with me before once again abruptly hanging up on me. Very rude company, and they clearly have no idea what they're doing.

harassment to the max. they will send their workers to spy on you at your home. These guys are complete trouble and they don't keep record of anything. I paid off a loan and now MET CREDIT is trying to nail me for 25K and another 15K on the same account. stay away completely

Met credit has contacted me and explained that the circumstances that led to my anger were due to a training lapse and that they would follow to ensure this didn't happen to anyone else.Credit where credit is due.I am therefore changing the # of stars given from one to three

Fake reviews, probably written by their own employees, this company are terrible to deal with. Rude customer service, not transparent.

What a terrible, terrible company. They’ve been harassing me with calls from various numbers daily for months on end now, even past they’re posted working hours which is not allowed legally. I have screenshots of the amount of times I’m called as well as the times. I miss actual important phone calls often because of them. The worst part is, is they claim I owe telus $197. I do not owe telus $197. I’m not even with telus. I’ve met crédit about this just yo get ignored and continue to get harassed via phone call. I’ve been getting back up on my feet with my credit lately, and I just found out my score got docked down -42 points last month because of them. I’m beyond angry at this point and will consider taking legal action if this does not stop.Btw any good review about this place is clearly fake. No one in the history of ever would ever have anythjng positive to say about a predatory credit company lol nice try. Also on glass door they almost have 5 stars, look at the reviews they’re all so so obviously fake. It’s really just sad and pathetic.
