Ordered a set of magic mugs with custom photos. I wasn't sure if the files I sent would work with the mug, but after placing the order, CDN promptly confirmed everything would look great. I really liked how responsive Creative Designing N' Printing was and how quickly I got the masks. I like the adjustable ear loops and the extra nose strips that we bought as it makes the mask tighter, and my glasses don't fog up! Also, our corporate logo looks great front and centre. Thank you!

Very impressed with the quality of the product and the fast, kind service. I put in an order for a gift, got a call from someone on the design team the next day, talked with them about the design, and then received the product the day after. The design work was beautiful!! I am so satisfied with the attention to detail and customer care I was shown by this company. Shortly after my order for a Christmas gift was placed, I received a phone call to review specifics and options that worked best for me. When my order arrived before Christmas, I knew their team had prioritized production completion as soon as possible in hopes that the post service could work the rest of their magic, which I got lucky they did. I received my order as well as gifts for myself and a hand written card. Seriously so impressed and touched, happy to support this Canadian company in the future!

Inconsistent colour quality. Poor customer service. Laborious and problematic website and ordering system. Gave me the runaround several times before I finally gave up on them. DO NOT USE! There are better options out there. Truly a lesson in You get what you pay for." I give this a five stars for many reasons. They have a very fast and efficient service. My order was ready for pick-up in just two hours from placing it on a weekend! The customized mug that I ordered was perfect, with extremely high quality pictures. Also, the gift package they did for me was amazing. I couldn’t do any better. Finally, their customer service was fast in email replies and very welcoming when I arrived at their place. They even placed a nice chocolate in the mug as a compliment. You guys are simply amazing !

Even when the photos wouldn't fit the way we planned, Jason called, talked us through it and gave us a product that was better than what we created ourselves.
