Fibre Laminations

Visited this facility recently. The supervisor was a short white male, wearing a baseball cap and seemed a little off. He kept taking his phone out of his pocket which was enclosed in a plastic sleeve while talking to me. I am not even sure if he notices but he did a fair bit of swearing while speaking of the company. I questioned one of the employee's outside about the facility and was told that the company was ok and been around for years however the supervisor had threatened to kill another employee in previous history and that word got around that human resources was notified and the employee fired after bringing this to the attention of the company. The current employee claimed he was afraid to step forward and asked to remain anon and that he often recording his own conversations because of fear of the same happening to him.This place left me uneasy to return.

Welcome to prison worked here 4 years got paid in rice. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Decent starting wage. Training available for those without experience.

Great team oriented company. Employees are rewarded fairly for their work and treated like part of a team. Profit sharing with decent wage increases based on good performance. Worked there for awhile before leaving for medical reason. Would definitely go back.

Appreciate their emolyees, promote their employees and take care off the people who are there to work and show up on time seriously.

Loved working here but ended moving out of town. Was treated like an actual person not just a number. Most of the people that quit or got fired were because they just took advantage. Would return if I ever moved back.

I got interview but call phone and meeting with 2 persons showing workshop and explain 2 min they not hiring only they need references
