Perfection Nail

I am so skeptical about going to a new nail salon especially for nail art but this place was the best! Super nice, myNail tech took the time to make sure everything was even and smooth.

I didnt have the best experience. I got a gel manicure. The lady doing my nail wasn’t good. I have to repeatedly tell her to fix my nails because either she missed a spot or scratch it. But she tried to fix that with filing the spot away which didn’t help. After repeatedly tell her she then finally put on the nail polish to fix it. There are also bubbles in the nails ALSO. I paid and left because I didn’t want to argue.Honestly wouldn’t go there again and price isn’t great too.

Poor customer service. They only care about taking in more people and rushing them out the door. It's all about the numbers and money, not the quality of the work or the customer.As someone else said, there are plenty of other places to choose from.I don't recommend this one to anyone.

I used to be a regular customer at this place but lately it's been going downhill.I went there today and they were so rude and unprofessional. I picked a color I like. The lady who was doing my nails, Ani insisted to choose a different color (to match my skin as she said). I mentioned to her that I like the first one that I chose more, but she didn't listen! She proceeded to do the one she wanted and I obviously hated it.I asked if she could change it before it dries but she said to me they have to charge me for another manicure!!! I didnt want to argue because it was very late. But I left home hating my nails and this whole experience.. when I was leaving the reception said she's scared to do my nails because I'm always so picky! I have never complained to them about anything before. Being assertive and polite doesn't automatically make a person rude. When we pay for a service we expect to get what we ask for not what the lady there wants. It was so unprofessional and the customers there all agreed with me and were also complaining about their own experiences too.I would never recommend this place to any customer who wants to be treated with courtesy. There is plenty of other places that would be happy to give a customer what they ask for.

There service is very poor . I got my nails done today they cut down my cuticle so deep for 3 fingers literally it was bleeding through whole process when I told them I am not happy with service she mentioned me that they will take down my nails instead of sorry , I can go some where else to get it again done .. Such a poor nails service I ever got it done

Just walked in to the salon to get my nails done the place was so busy all the ladies were super friendly Their pricing was amazing and the ladies did such a good job I would 100% recommend this place and I will definitely be going back.

I went here in Dec 2022 and ended up getting a fungal nail infection. When i went back and told them about it, they just said it's because the nail lifted. Although the fungal infection started the 2nd day i got my nails done. They do not clean their tools or wipe the area after every client. They are nice and fit you in. They even do a great job on the nails. But be aware of cleanliness!!!

My sister and I are new the to the Delta area and we wanted to find a nail place that we could call our permanent spot to get UV gel refills. Reading the reviews for this place was mixed and I was worried, this being my second time ever getting my nails professionally done.When we walked in we were seated immediately and we were given a HUGE amount of colours to choose from. Everything was very clean and it was a relaxing atmosphere. When we managed to pick, the wait time was a little over 15 minutes past our appointment. The wait was only because they were working on two ladies who had a bad experience at another salon and the nail techs wanted to make it right for them at their location. When the two sat down with us, I got Ruby and my sister had the manager of the store. They spoke English very well and they had a great sense of humor. I was very pleased with the attention to detail that Ruby paid to my nails and she made sure that everything was just as I liked it. We had a great conversation, all 4 of us, as we sat and had our nails done after some much needed R&R. The prices were reasonable and the girls were very gentle and took much care when it came to making sure our nails were done just the way we wanted them.My sister and I are definitely going to be calling this place my go-to from now on. They made sure my second experience was a good one after all of the horror stories that I had heard from lots of places around the area and that her particular style of nail criteria was met.

I have been coming to this place for years. It’s clean and ladies do a good job. Are usually do a manicure and a pedicure, gel. They have a nice color selection too. Pictures show latest design.
