Have been going to Fountain Tire for new tires and had a some minor work done on my car. I must say dealing with Nick I am impressed by his customer service always trying to be fair not to take away from the other guys they are pleasant to deal with as well Brian and Rob.So far after a few times will still be bringing my car back for service.

Quick and nice guys. I had my flat tire replaced for 80 bucks/pairs.I found a pair of used tires in marketplace and they were inspected by them to make sure everything is fine.

I BOUGHT FAULTY RIMS!After buying new tires and rims for my 2008 Ranger I noticed it vibrating at highway speeds.I brought it back to Fountain Tire and they balanced all the tires. However it was still vibrating.When I brought it back a second time the staff was very helpful. They drove me home from my appointment and tested and retested until they had found the issue.They then put new rims on my truck and delivered it back to me.All of this at no cost to me of course.While this was a hassle it was not Fountain Tire's fault. And they lived up to their commitment as a reseller.I am very pleased I bought from a company that honours their warranty.And would like to thank the staff for their diligence in fixing this issue.
