The receptionist here needs to be swiftly removed from her position. I witnessed the receptionist screaming and talking over one of my staff members (on speakerphone) - who has a medical, educational background.The receptionist botched the referral, lied and attempted to blame my staff member for not calling the specialist (which she verifably did, several times) and then when the receptionist was politely corrected, the receptionist said Now YOU will listen to ME" and attempted to escalate the situation needlessly. The receptionist was then informed that if she did not lower her voice the call would be ended. The receptionist also did not listen when she was informed that the patient had verifiable proof of contact

Worst experience.
