Came for brunch.Good flavour and portion size. Staff are amazing and Rose the robot server is a treat to see in action.Timing was a little off for all meals to come out, but otherwise food was hot and tasty.We will not be back.*Edit* I have a dairy intolerance and ended up very ill within an hour of leaving this restaurant. I knew right away that it was from what I ate. I think that despite me telling the server I had an allergy the food was cooked with butter.

We had high hopes for this new neighbourhood place to eat! Based on the sign outside, it looked like it would be a cozy, bar / pub style place what served food. Honestly, we were both rather confused, when we stepped into a restaurant with cloth tablecloths and candles. The name definitely did not suit the inside! The renovations though were really nice, and it looked a lot better than the last place that was here!We were excited to try the food, and decided to share a bunch of appetizers to try out the menu. We had the dry ribs, calamari and jalapeno poppers. The ribs we sent back right away, as they were completely cold. The calamari had good seasonings to it, but was extremely overcooked and tough rubbery. The jalapeno poppers were good, but your standard frozen pub style. We did like the little salad they served with each appetizer though!We had high hopes, but unfortunately both feel we have no desire to return or give it another chance. They've only been open for two weeks, we had hoped for a little better, and we're sadly disappointed!

Huge outside deck, lots of room inside, really great food and great service. The only downfall was my burger got switched with my partner's so I had the wrong burger but didn't know until I started eating it. It was still good, just not what I was wanting. The waitress gave us free dessert which we really appreciated so I would go back and I would still recommend it.

Quiet on an Easter Monday. Waiter was super friendly. I enjoyed the modern vibe of the restaurant. There was also the robot waiter that was rly cool and fascinating.Tried the dumplings and sirloin steak. Great taste and wished the steak portion was a tiny bit more but overall, would come here again to try other items on the menu!

We were all split evenly with what we liked and didn't. My sister liked her food and drink. I liked my drink, but didn't care for my food I had to force myself to finish it and I still couldn't lol. My fiance's food was too sour, and his Shirley Temple was awful. There was too much lemon in the drink and the acidity was too much for him to finish.You pay more for the atmosphere here I believe and I personally wouldn't come back.

Mac and Cheese with Shrimp is a must! The Chicken Steak was super tasty and great buttery mashed potatoes with it! Portions are ample but not crazy! Very nice staff and the atmosphere has a nice relaxed vibe, great tunes! This place will be our new go to! Love the Robot server, super cute!

I went on a quiet Thursday evening and was very happy with the service and food :)The wait staff was jovial, the food was a good portion and quality for the price, and the robo-server was a neat gimmick. I'd like to go back for one of nights with live music, but so far, I am happy with Hardys and what they offer.

Hardy's Bar & Grill
We enjoyed happy hour drinks with a delicious lamb burger and crispy chicken burger. Our human waiter quickly delivered our drinks while Rosie the food robot served our food. The food was hot and tasted delicious. The portion sizes were enough to easily feed us both. We will be back again, hopefully on a Friday or Saturday evening when there is live music.
