1. Purchased a vehicle in March 2023. Vehicle was posted for sale not properly repaired or cleaned and front bumper smashed.2. Forced a $799 tire warranty called Safety and Security even after declined many times. Finance guy then called it an administration fee that could not be removed.Shocking to charge $799 for a 3-year tire repair warranty with no option to remove or cancel.3. Repairs were not done to my satisfaction. Sales manager said nothing more they can do.My experience here was horrible from hidden fees to very poor customer service. Ask about this Safety and Security warranty price and make sure details clearly explained.
