Shoppers Drug Mart

Shoppers Drug Mart at this location is very rude and lies in their advertisements. It says everywhere that they accept walk-in clients for flu shots. It has been promoted by Shoppers that they accept walk-ins. There is a huge sign on this particular store's window that says walk-in accepted. But the pharmacists there decided that they are busy so they will not accept walk-ins on any day. I called and confirmed. This is what the lady said: No we are too busy so we do not accept walk-ins". And they do not post appointments affter 4:30 PM. So if you are working during the day

I specifically waited for the cashier to finish with the long line because I knew I was going to have to ask for a price check. Mascara was marked at $4.99 but kept ringing up as $18.49. Self checkouts were not working. Literally would have taken her 3 minutes to walk over and look at it

I was just here to check if they have kids tynol/Advil as everyone has stock issues everywhere.I talked to one of the pharmacists I can mention the name here but she said they don't have anything in stock . But then later after 2 min I had one more question to clarify that time I talked to another pharmacist. She gave me the tynol by getting it from the back of the store.The first pharmacist was not ready to listen as this was emergency. Don't know why she was lying

Constructed in the last few years, this is the newer, large format Shoppers. They have a substantial food section and often have very good sales on frozen foods, like pizza, chicken nuggets and ice cream.

I have gone to this location for a long time. And frequently because I have an autoimmune disease. They are always helpful when I have a question. It is very busy location so sometimes there is a wait but ultimately I always get what I need

This Shoppers drug store have the weirdest people at the pharmacy, Me and my wife tried them couple of times as they are the closest shoppers to our house but they been rude, high tune and to get your medicine took couple of hours, some communication skills would help, it’s a shame when someone sick and just wants their medicine and you yelling at them or just being rude

This was my go to pharmacy when it first opened, however, as time goes by it is less and less likely I feel comfortable asking for help. I recently had a prescription filled that my doctor didn't explain or show me how to use & the pharmacy staff hardly provided any assistance other than what I had already read. I have no idea how to use a needle on a pen to inject my prescription.It's not like opening up a bottle of pills.I have picked up a pill prescription that was over explained to me but now they are either so busy or simply don't care I have come home with my prescription and other than relying on YouTube (this is a reality) I don't know how to use it. Not the first time I have left this location feeling tearful.

I am taking my senior father on what may be his last trip and noticed the sign advertising covid tests as they are a requirement for travel to the USA. I called and politely asked the pharmacist who sounded like an old lady if they have any information. She rudely tried pushing me off the phone by referring me to my airline (didn't even say I Was flying) and directed me to their website. I said that I am calling for info because of the sign and what the usual protocol is (turn around time that kind of thing) she tole me I wasn't listening" and that I have to call my airline again. I felt not only disrespected but also like I was a nuisance. I then called the Lawtons across the street and was given wonderful information and got my covid test booked elsewhere even though it cost more than Shoppers.It's bad enough they never have cashiers on and force you to go through self checkout but I made a simple request for information on a service they provided and was made to feel like I was unwanted. I am switching my fathers prescriptions to Lawtons."

Rated it as low as i feel its worth.. girls that work there are sort of helpful but indian guy is so rude shouldnt be in the customer service industry or even be a manager or supervisor as that… he cant deal with customers. Super super rude and when called up to the front to deal with a return it was such a hassle to him like i was bother his day as he was just doing nothing anyway another lady said. He Had a additude before even dealing with me by the look of his face so i knew that i wasnt going to be deal with properly… sadly i wont ever be back to this store. Im very surprised this is rated a 4 star ever time i go into this store i say ive never comming back as things ring in wrong prices dont match.. but this time i wont be back.. the guy should be fired never deal with someone so rude.. Customers matter! But clearly not in his eyes..

The pharmacy personnel are very condescending and not helpful whatsoever.
