Sheena has always taken extraordinarily good care of our cats. I would not consider taking them anywhere else as I have once and will never do again. She treats her clients with love and gentleness. We feel blessed to have found her.

This place is not professional at all. I took my puppy to get his nails clipped and they held him around the neck, held his nose and he was yelping like crazy. He is just a puppy who has only had his nails clipped twice before this time. He was scared and they didn't care about calming him down. They charged me double and we not very professional at all. Worst experience of my life. My puppy was traumatized

The groomer is an absolute wonder. She took my ornery, matted cat and successfully turned him into the handsomest lion! Can't say enough good things about her!

Very nice customer service, unfortunately the waiting list is very long for dog grooming. Was over a 2-month wait. Just FYI get your appointments in early people.

Took our 8 month old pup to get her nails clipped. Shes normally very calm and collected. It was taking longer than usual and I could hear her crying. When they brought her out they told me they had cut her paw- and had to cauterize her to stop the bleeding. They did not give me my money back and I walked out of there very upset. We will definitely not be returning

Both times I have went into the groomers here the ladies have been very rude upon checkin. I have left the shop feeling very anxious that I was leaving my dog with someone who is so miserable ( two different people ). The cuts have been pretty good and my dog does not seem anxious but they are not interested in finding out what you want done or even saying hello to my dog. It must be a miserable work environment for the staff to be in the habit of being so abrasive. I will never return.
