Urgent public service announcement. Ask where you have been referred to. If it was to this office, ask quickly for another. This office keeps missing the referral order so you can seat down and wait for ages and nobody will call you. The doctor is rude and sometimes he is his own receptionist and can't deal with patients and appointments. My referral was made more than a month ago and marked as urgent. More than a month later I call this office and they can't find the referral. I called back to my family doctor and they could confirm that they got time and day confirmation that the fax was sent and received. I asked to be referred somewhere else.

READ THIS! Worst experience ever and I didnt even see the dr. The secretary took 4.5 weeks to contact me with my URGENT appointment date.My clinic and primary dr could not get a hold of her. She didnt return any calls. She was disgustingly rude on the phone when she called and finally gave me the appointment details. I would have waited 7 weeks for an urgent appointment. I then went and got an appointment with another dr where I got in almost right away. I phoned and cancelled my appointment. After remembering my first experience with the secretary I phoned back today to make sure my origional appointment was cancelled so I would not be charged the $100 she said to me Oh you never cancelled but Ill figure it out". I spoke in a normal and polite tone with her and attempted to ask if she was going to charge me $100 for a no show fee when I already cancelled. She then proceeded to hangup on me before I could even ask. Absolutely ridiculous and rude! This woman needs to retire. Reschedule your appointment with another dr Im telling you I suffered for weeks when I didnt have to. Also

Both the receptionist and Dr Paulus are unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I was laughed at and humiliated for asking for a travel note. They apparently have never heard of travel notes and will never do a travel note"."

The reviews which have all 1 star - are all correct. The receptionist (name starts with M) - is a angry old person and bored of her job. Does not care about her job nor about her manners nor about the patients. It seems like she is getting paid to be rude , arrogant and a liar.If you want an experience on how to be a subject unprofessionalism then come visit this clinic. The office is always locked , absolute hypocrites - they will never answer your phone calls, you will have to beg for an appointment which will be after 6 months only to make you wait in parking lot for additional 1 hour. They are not busy at all, there were no patients in-front of us. The doctor will merely examine the patient for 8 seconds and will not answer any of your additional questions with regards to surgery or more details. He will direct you to the arrogant receptionist for any question who will only arrogantly reply with yes" or "no". You will then be put on a wait list for surgery for additional 6 months. I had a terrible experience with this office. The receptionist is wildly rude and dismissive and they are incredibly unorganized, if you can get ahold of them. My interaction with the doctor, once he finally stopped missing my phone appointment, did not sit well with me. I asked why he wanted to stick a scope inside of me when we had an xray showing exactly what was there and he was rude and abrupt and could not answer my question. I felt so uncomfortable with the whole process, I asked for a new referral before my procedure date! After seeing all of the other feedback, you should too.

Receptionist has the people skills of a cat having a bath. Called the office to confirm an appointment that was booked 6 months ago, and the response was We confirmed this appointment when it was booked

Completely garbage front desk lady. Is unable to take the time to communicate and becomes defensive. The requisite for my grandmother had the fender as MALE when SHE is a FEMALE. we called multiple times to have this changed in order to have the exams completed. We have been waiting weeks for this. The well being of a patient clearly does. It matter to this front desk staff nor the specialist. Doctors and staff are completely lazy. I guess it’s so much work to make 6 to 7 figures a year to spend 5 min with a patient to tell them they just need to take meds. Complete joke. The lady also hung up on us and refused ti acknowledge her mistakes and lack of professionalism. If anything happens to my grandmother due to lack of care you will be sued and won’t hear the end of this.

He is absolutely the worst of the worst. If you get him run. He is absolutely rude and has no bedside manners. Had a circumcision done he botched it. He's lazy after the procedure I get a phone call 6 weeks later. A joke time to retire old man. If I could sue you I would

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent series of missed telephone appointments with Dr. Paul’s. Staff is always helpful and always receive a prompt reply to emails.

I have found Dr Paulus to be very professional and helpful.He has been my doctor for three years now and has kept up on my health check. And will now be helping with my prostate cancer treatment. All my appointments have been very informative. I don't go to a doctor to have fake conversation I go to get the straight facts. As for the office staff kindness and patience get kindness, again I am not there to chat with office staff I am there to see doctor.
