Please do not use this company for any type of repair regarding fixing leaks, windows, siding or roofs. What a sloppy job and did not fix the problem. It was just covered up without addressing the issue. Problems still exist, have worsened over time and it looks esthetically unpleasant. They do not try and make it right. Do not spend your money here

Extremely poor installation of both patio doors. None functioning screen doors and on one patio door, neither the glass door or screen door is removable.Updated Dec.16/19Dear Hugh,I misunderstood the builder. They have confirmed that you were the supplier only. My apologies.They have further confirmed that the problem is not an installation issue. This has been going on for almost 10 months. I was in the builders presence on three occasions when he called you about these patio doors. Bud was here last week and said he has never seen anything like it. He also spoke to you about it when he ran into you.Are you saying that you are going to rectify the problem with both of these patio doors?Regards,Edith
