I went into the store today looking to buy for a gentleman who is a 10X. This gentleman has nothing. The staff at Gilbert’s, when they heard I was buying for someone who didn’t have anything, immediately donated some beautiful clothing items to him and to several other gentleman who don’t have much.They absolutely went above and beyond for me and for these men.Thank you for reminding me that humanity still lives strong in Hamilton!I would give you 10 stars if I could!!!

Always a pleasure to go to this store. Had a mishap with my luggage . I walked in I was fitted with a pair a pants they were altered while I waited also got a shirt and my afternoon engagement party was saved. This store and family are top notch. Always service with a smile they always make you feel like a king and they do anything that is in there power to make you satisfied. See you again soon

Just had a chat with one of the brothers. I now realize I've been shopping here for 25 years. The service, the attention to detail, the knowledge, and the quality products are the reasons you shop here. You may find cheaper clothes at Walmart, but they will not fit as well, they won't last as long, nor will you be supporting a local business.

Amazing store that has clothing to satisfy all your big and tall clothing needs. The owners do an exceptional job at catering to your needs and you leave feeling like you've been authentically cared for. Other big and tall stores lack the variety that you will find here at Gilbert's. Also, they have a great parking lot that is hard to come by in this neighborhood.

Gilbert's is a Hamilton staple. Brought our very tall, young son here for a dress shirt. There is a massive selection of suits, casual and dress shirts, slacks pants, ties etc. Some real beautiful items in here. Very classy. Price points to accommodate most needs. Service was exceptional. Very friendly, very professional. Recommend and will return.
