If I could give 10 stars I would. I have been coming here for 4 years now. Last year something went wrong with my sausage making and I added too much fat. Had to throw out the batch. The first couple years I came to trimmimg, everything was perfect. I mentioned my disaster to Nhut and in the end, he graciously split the cost of this years batch because he felt bad for me. Who does this anymore? What a fantastic gesture and he has won my respect and gratitude. These guys are honest, quality and really friendly as well as reasonable in price. Thank you Nhut, for being a pleasure to do business with!

My family has been coming here for many years and they have consistently provided both fast excellent service and quality meat for the price. The only place we get our meat from. Lots of parking on location as well.
