I was passing through town and needed a tire no other shops would do the job last minute or even with in a day. Boot hill was extremely busy, but they stayed late to get me on the road again. This is a great clean, service oriented shop I would highly recommend to anyone.

A buddy of mine killed the battery on his Ultra Classic. We went to speak with Braydon. He closed his shop to come with us to boost the battery. The battery was dead. So Braydon called five places in Courtenay to see who had the appropriate battery (NAPA). When we took him back to his shop, he didn't want any money because it was only took a half hour. NOBODY else would do that. Outstanding service. This is where I'll go from now on.

Graydon dropped what he was doing to diagnose a small transmission leak and added some oil to keep our road trip alive. He was very professional and knowledgeable while quelling fears of a breakdown. Thanks Graydon.

The owner and staff were brilliant, patient and very very helpful. We even managed to repair my bike and keep the repair under budget. Fantastic and professional throughout my dealings. Couldn't be happier and I didn't have to take the bike to Victoria and pay twice as much.

Very competent and friendly owner/mechanic. Literally went out of his way to fix my motorcycle. Great to see people who know what they're doing and kind and awesome to get us back on our motorcycle tour.
