Excellent host for the AAA hockey tournament. Lots of parking, clean, and well managed. Players were happy with the Ice too! Thank you and appreciated. Looking forward to the next tour!

The waterloo library is in this same building. Also a small splash pad for spring, summer, basketball and skatepark.The ice inside the ice rink arena is really nice to skate on. Big dressing rooms.

Not dog friendly. In this day n age ? Really ?The reason they gave was it’s because of allergies …. But service dogs are allowed … makes no sense. If you are allergic to dogs , whether it is a service dog or not is irrelevant. Your allergic. So you’re telling me …. If I need my service dog and your allergic your SOL ? Give me a break. Time to overhaul this long outdated rule

This a a good place with lots to do. My only complaint about this facility is they have used a heavy netting infront of the audience and it can be difficult to see or follow what is happening due to it. Having the netting on the sides is a little overkill as the puck or Ball rarly leave the play at the sides.

Really wonderful programs, my mom enjoyed the conversation circles during her decline from Alzheimers and we felt lucky to be able to provide that type of external social activity.

Incredible place, amazing staff, especially Gerry (Siskins super fan). Frank makes the best ice. Facility is spotless and pristine.
