Eco Ottawa Windows and Doors

This is the second time I have used Eco Windows/Doors - first time was a door at our old home, and this time we did 3 doors and 3 windows at our new home. We have had such an incredible experience with them both times, from the initial consultation through to installation. Shane is so helpful with suggestions for matching the style of windows we had in our 1940s home, and also suggesting ways to save money while keeping the quality. Pavel also did a great job on installation! I would very highly recommend them - and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

My husband and I are very happy with the products and services we got from Eco Ottawa. Throughout the process, Shane was very responsive. He showed up on time and gave us useful advice and recommendations for replacing our windows and doors. His paperwork was very thorough, so at no point did I feel uncertain about what we were buying and what the next steps were.Installation actually happened slightly ahead of the anticipated schedule, which was awesome--we were under 10 weeks to get our windows and doors. The final product looks great and the installers were attentive and detail-oriented.We will definitely go back to Eco Ottawa when it comes time to replace the last few old windows in our house. Would definitely recommend.

Recently we had a total of 10 windows, 1 patio door, and 1 new front entrance door replaced by Eco Ottawa Windows and Doors. Shane conducts his Business in a very punctual and professional manner. His 3 man crew Pavel, Roman, and Alex were very thorough and did an excellent job both inside and out. They take pride in their work. We also had them replace a rotten porch post, and installed new flashing to match the existing other posts, which now is solid and looks brand new. The owner, Shane, was great. Helped me designs a gorgeous reno and kept it under budget. His installers were fantastic, courteous, and did wonderful work. Can't say enough good things about the experience.

From the initial visit to the final installation of our front door Shane and the team were amazing. Great selection of doors and windows, and Shane found a match for the type of look I was going for. I was a bit nervous the day of installation, as it's challenging to buy something from a picture and small samples, but it is stunning and makes a huge difference in light for our front hall. Best thing? No more drafts from the front door. Perfection!

Shane and the team at Eco Ottawa do a great job. We had them replace all of the windows in our mid-century house as part of a full reno, as well as the front and back door and converting a window to a patio door. Shane is extremely responsive and the team is very professional.An added bonus is the very helpful design advice, where Shane helped us both on the form of the windows and the colour of the front door.

We hired Eco Ottawa Windows and Doors to complete a full face lift on our home (roof, windows, doors and siding). Communication from Shane and his Team was excellent throughout the project while navigating COVID, unknown conditions with the house and the weather. They worked clean and safe. They came in on budget and the final product was fantastic! We would certainly hire them again and recommend them.

We are very pleased with the quality and service provided by Eco Ottawa Windows & Doors. We had 8 windows, a patio door, front door (with additional windows) and fire door replaced. From the onset, Shane was prompt, informative and reassuring. After going back and forth, getting advice and changing the plan we are incredibly happy with the final results. The prices are competitive. The installation was done flawlessly & efficiently in two stages but well within the time frame discussed (completed even sooner than anticipated).
