I take my puppy for grooming and for buying supplies from this store ever since I got him. A big shout out to Veronica, she is an angel who does an amazing job by giving the best hair trim or haircut for my pup. Thanks again for an incredible job!

Incredibly well organized. Low on stock due to their move to a new location, but there were lots of team members on the floor to help.Due to the relocation, most of the store is 30% off currently! The lineup was quick and efficient, and I noticed they had fresh sanitizer available at all cash registers.I would recommend this Pet Smart and look forward to visiting the new store after the move.

Came here to purchase a new fish and a few other items.I arrived at 8pm. Looked at fish for about 20 minutes and then when I asked to purchase one I was told “it’s too late to buy fish” And when I asked why , some older woman with an attitude said “fish take a long time and the person who feeds them has to close early, sometimes 20 minutes before 9” I then told her it was 825 and she said “sometimes they close 45 minutes early” lol real professional.If you shop here, I don’t recommend coming an hour before closing as they may not want to do their job and sell you products.What a joke.Check the pics for 10 dollar dead fish LOL

I love this location and the employees that work here. They are exemplary associates, who are pet lovers first and foremost. Doreen, who I run into nearly all the time, is always so friendly, and caring (and even wisecracking sometimes) every time I visit, so thank you for making each shopping experience an enjoyable one!

I do love how this petsmart location isn't crowded. There are alot more raw food supplied than other location however some of their shelf stuff gets sold out quicker than other locations.The employees working there, I find them not very approachable and hard to find one to ask questions if you need any help.

Great store for all things Pet. They unfortunately never have enough Wellness cat food in stock. This has been going on for years. Ended up driving to the store to buy two bags of cat food. Per their website, which apparently is not current…. out by three (3) i could only order one bag. Joke. They had two bags all along! Pet treats app and points almost useless. I got a coupon for $15 off my next order, if I buy $100 I of cat food, which I just stocked up on, and I have to do it before less than one month away. crazy!
