Really good staff love all the stuff. Manger is very nice. I left my wallet there and when I came back they gave it, loved it. Love that everything was in stock, neat and tidy. Will definitely go back all the time.

Worst customer service . Store was looking really bad . Manager doesn’t even know how to redeem the points and was talking rudely with me when I told her I want to redeem my points . She doesn’t even know how to communicate properly . Wont recommend anybody to go there .

They always close before time. And every time i come to this store, the staff is on break and the store is locked

The place and products are cute and interesting. We bought a $5 watch for my son, the instructions were simple on the back - open the knob, turn clockwise and then change the time and close knob. The watch still doesn't work. We can't even get it open to check if it even HAS a bloody battery. NOT worth the $5 of anger and frustration.

Negative customer service I visited the Minso store today at Tsawwassen Mills Mall. When I arrived for the first time, a new employee had left a letter on the outside while on break. After that, when I returned after an after 2 hour, around 8:35, there was one employee there who was mopping. She did not care about the customers, so when I saw her and called out, Excuse me

we have been here a few times now as we couldn't believe the prices were so low. Great for a lot of those everyday needs for cosmetics and other items. There is so many small items to choose from in this store. Not going to say they are the highest quality which will last forever but they are good products at a really cheap price.

Store is great when it is open. We have gone several times and it is not open during posted operating hours. Most recently, we went on a Monday and waited until 11am and it was clear it wouldn't be open any time soon. Completely dark inside. Super annoying.

Been here a few times just to look, usually end up leaving with snacks or a small item. Their selection is nice, and they have some really cute stuff for reasonable prices! I love the stuffies especially, i've gotten two already due to how soft and squishy they are!Yesterday I went in and bought a few things and found that the staff was really friendly as well! Very pleasant experience!

Clean and light shopping floor. Shopping environment is pretty confortable with music provided. Employees are basically nice and friendly. Check out speed is normal. Credit cards accepted. Price is ok, but good with discounts. Free mall parking available. Public restroom is in short walking distance.
