Most poorly run company I've ever dealt with. Nice workers but poorly trained and they are constantly changing schedules. they don't listen when you ask them to send statements to a different address, ask them to change contact information, they don't answer emails ,the office staff are rude and abrupt. and just recently they threatened to cancel services for my very frail elderly mother with 4 days notice ... because they sent the statements to the wrong address and don't answer emails.

Unprofessional service. No care/concern.They charge taxes on the service which is not normal as this is healthcare services.They also put the lock box code right in the billing address so when receiving mail it is patient name - street address - and lock box code with notes that say Lockbox code" right under the street address.They charge for hours not worked and also charge for mileage not used (example 8km each each = 16km. Was billed for 47 km).No ownership and no customer service. Rude representatives. I requested they look into the HST issue and was told no. They agreed it was not good contract between us and have terminated their services.I absolutely do not recommend this company to anyone.The support workers are nice. The company itself and admin team is awful."

We were in need of urgent help when my Mom passed away just recently. My Dad has dementia and Mom was his primary caregiver. We aren't able to be there all the time. Once in contact with Integrity, we spoke with Kate. She made us feel at ease immediately knowing we were going to get the help we needed. There has been a few adjustments that needed to made and Integrity was very adaptable with us. Kate communicated with us very promptly and efficiently. We appreciate that she lets us know their policies so there's no misunderstandings.Every caregiver that has come in; Scott, DJohn and Linda have been caring, sensitive and very competent. Thank you to all who have been a Godsend in our time of immediate need.I would recommend Integrity home health to families who need assistance to allow their loved one to remain in their home and be independent as long as possible.D and S

Awful, awful company. The workers were nice and treated my mother with dignity but the company sure didn't. Sometimes, they wouldn't show up with zero notice because they were short staffed with another client so they took my mother's care provider away for someone else. WTH? When you call, they are rude and obnoxious. Act like they don't care likely because they have a waiting list of other clients to fill so the Don't care" attitude really shows. We are with a new care provider now and they are an absolute delight."

Very very poor treatment of me, a sick person who needs help. Sassy office people, and like the other reviewer said about her experience, they never sent me 3 months worth of bills, then they mailed me a bill threatening interest on unpaid balance. Mentally challenged or crackpot workers sent into my home. Waste of time and energy.

I found the staff hard to work with very uncaring and extremely rude especially Sandra.I had shoulder surgery and only had the use of one arm.The staff sent me one care worker who had a cold. I finally got a steady care worker who on day two told me she had a bad back and could not lift my laundry bottle that was 5 liters. The same care worker was good at food prep but left my kitchen covered with dirty pots. I had a care worker on Saturday who did more in 2 hours than the care worker did in 4 hours.This company makes you wonder how they hire people, as the steady person had a bad back , had to sit down a lot and was in poor health,impossible to get any assistance getting out of the shower or out of a chair. Integrity's" name does not belong to this company. Terrible less than a 1star."

I don't generally write reviews. But for this I am. My father passed during Covid-19. April 9. He has been disputing an invoice with Integrity for many months. He refused to pay them. I called the Miramichi office and the Moncton head office 3 times. (once to Miramichi and 3 times to Moncton) to offer to get involved to help mediate and solve the issue. Unfortunately no one called back. Today I received a call from the Miramichi office to offer condolences, and collections. Very disappointed.Special note. If you are calling for Collections call for it. Or send a letter.For 53.60 that was owed I have paid. I called 3 times to the main office many months before the Pandemic and no calls were ever returned. Even after a third attempt. Integrity main office, you know how to reach me, if you want to you can. Others please be careful and get involved with your loved ones care. I should have kept trying after my third attempt but my them my father had another provider which thankfully worked out well for him.
