Lune

My husband and I had our wedding at Lune. It was truly one of the most beautiful days in our memories. The venue is like no other. It has so much unique touch, so it was extremely difficult to choose between the manor and the barn, but ultimately, we ended going with the barn. Maybe we just have to get married again so we can host our wedding in the manor just to have a different experience. Haha

From the moment you arrive under the canopied driveway, you know you’re some place special. My husband and I had our wedding at Lune in early October and it felt as if we had been transported to a fairytale villa. Our guests were in awe of the beauty inside and out, while our hosts made us feel as if the whole property was ours for the day. They offer an on-site events planner who created an incredibly personalized and heartfelt wedding for us. We are truly grateful for it all.

Beautiful property, wonderful owners, and Lune is breathtaking - truly perfect visually. I cannot say enough about this place. Highly recommended for any event.

There is no space like Lune. Perfect for large or intimate gatherings, each room in the main house tells its own story with a showstopping main entrance. The large property boasts an abundance of picturesque photo opportunities and is ideal for outdoor gatherings such as wedding ceremonies or a family feast under the stars. Lune also sits just outside Canada's Prettiest Town, Goderich, which is famous for its watercolour like sunsets on Lake Huron.

We just catered our first event at Lune and can't wait to get back there to do another. The venue, as others have mentioned, is simply stunning. From the grounds, the main floor spaces and of course the loft outside for larger receptions, no detail has been overlooked. The owners are kind, helpful and accommodating - something us vendors truly appreciate (this does not happen everywhere!). We will not hesitate to recommend this venue to any of our clients looking for a beautiful backdrop to their next event.

I have had the great pleasure of spending some time at Lune over the past year for a couple of different events and it has so quickly established itself as my favourite venue. As a floral designer I have had the privilege of providing service at the property and have also enjoyed the experience as a guest.Everyone at Lune is delightful, working tirelessly together for the common goal of letting their guests experience a carefree event. No detail is overlooked. The space is expertly designed, featuring 16th century fresco painting techniques and design elements curated from across the globe. It is uniquely knit together with love and that is evident from the moment you are welcomed by the impressively long treed driveway. I love that Lune is luxurious but equally unpretentious, it is clean and bright and at the same time romantic and moody. The house is surrounded by sprawling gardens and picturesque organic fields. It is the perfect backdrop for marking life’s special moments. Large or small every gathering I have experienced there has felt remarkably intimate, lending itself to creating timelessly beautiful memories.

Lune is utterly magical! I attended a wedding there, and as a guest, it was one of the most special I've ever attended--and this glorious setting was such a huge part of that. It feels a bit like being in a fairytale, Downton Abbey but if it was owned by an incredibly chic Scandinavian. The hosts, Ezra and Lisa, make everyone who visits feel welcome, and the atmosphere of the whole property is warm and intimate. If you're looking for a gracious, unforgettable space to host a gathering, I cannot sing Lune's praises high enough.

Lune is a wonderful wedding venue! Amazing Victorian house, fully renovated. Beautiful fountain and grounds. Wonder hall with camp fire nearby. Simply Beautiful.
