Me and my mother were treated very poorly on our visit. On arrival, the worker demanded we made a purchase before giving us the bathroom key, while my mom was visibly in distress needing to use the washroom. After I made the order, she handed me my receipt which I tossed in the trashcan. She then followed my mother to the washroom, opened the door for her, and questioned her on the whereabouts of the keys when she walked out (she had kept them, but had forgotten). When she was unable to find the receipt she had given me, she told my mother that I didn't pay, before even checking the system. She ordered my mother to grab me from my car outside, and when I walked in, she asked if I had paid (while SHE was the one who gave me my receipt). after a few moments, she was able to find my order in the system with help from a senior manager. She never apologized for her behaviour or accusation, instead sneakily walking off in the back to hide. As a black man, I'm used to this type of treatment; I shrug it off. But to disrespect my mother in this way is unacceptable. I feel more sad for this nasty lady than angry, it must be difficult to hold so much contempt for people you don't even know. If I could give zero stars, I would; A horrible experience, and will never return.

Always a fresh cook meal, customer service was fine over all nice layout of the restaurant inside out they also offered daily specials.

Great location, friendly and kind staff, awesome quality. One of my favorite locations, always treated very well and my dietary restrictions are accommodated enthusiastically :)

It’s 12:25 pm on a Thursday and I’m the only customer in the restaurant. That isn’t good.I can see why tho. Buddy the owner has his phone on speaker blasting his conversation. The kung pao is flavourless. Don’t recommend.

Excellent food. Freshly made in front of your eyes which in my opinion is perfect. I pickup super once a week and only $13.25..

I found the food to be acceptable but not outstanding. Texture was quite unappetizing, and the sauce seemed a little bit less flavorful than normal. Kind of disappointed actually.

My box was literally half full. I did not get food worth my money. This was my first time trying out this location and will not be back. Save your money and go to another location! So disappointed.

I ordered a hunan kung pao with chicken & shrimps (take out) on june 29th. I got home and to my surprise, chicken was missing from the dish. I lost my appetite entirely. Called the location & associate (Parul) offered me a free meal. So I went today and lady at the cashier (assuming franchisee) refused to honour the free meal and categorically said she will not give the free meal
