Progressive Property Management has been life saver for our condominium complex. They have provided much needed and extremely useful guidance, which has helped us finally get on track after years of difficulties. They are organized and always ready with quotes, ideas, and recommendations. Because of this, what used to be 3-4 hour board meetings are now usually wrapped up in 30-45 minutes.Ongoing property/complex issues will always be, but I'm so happy that we have a Management company who is knowledgeable and willing to help.As a board member, having someone that steps up and takes the lead on day to day items around the complex has only strengthened my confidence that our properties are in great hands.It's extremely important to me to have my investment protected. Progressive Property Management has not only assisted us with the common property issues, but also the 'out of the ordinary' hurdles our complex has faced over the past years.PPM has proven to be trustworthy and makes me feel like my investment is in great hands and finally heading in the right direction.Thanks for everything!

I live in a condominium building being managed by Progressive.This company has managed our building for over 5 years. I find Kristin to be extremely knowledgeable in her profession and being a Property Manager can be a thankless position. I find her very responsive to any situation brought to her attention. She is also very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

I have dealt with multiple property management companies and Progressive certainly stands out for their willingness to help resolve issues. Very knowledgeable and friendly people makes a difference when dealing with property management. It also helps they return calls and emails promptly. Highly recommended. A+

I used to own a condo that was managed by progressive. They were excellent at responding quickly to emails/phone calls. I ended up having to sell my condo during the peak of the pandemic last year and it sold on the first viewing because of Progressive's excellent management style that helped keep the condo fees low and the reserve fund high.

How come all the 5 star reviews happened within the same period? Very suspicious. It's almost fraudulent, in my opinion. User beware!

I've had a really great experience with Progressive as they have managed a condo unit for me the last 7 years. Kristin in particular has been fabulous and communicating with me in a timely fashion. As an out of town property owner, I have full confidence in their management of my rental property investment.

Progressive is honest and upfront about issues and how to resolve them. They always show concern and compassion for not only the buildings they manage but the people living there as well. It’s easy to focus on when things go wrong, but there’s so much going on behind the scenes that Progressive does an amazing job with. Any problem big or small they know exactly who to call. Great at first, had a change in management and got half my deposit held for my leaving the apartment in far better condition, and way cleaner, than when I arrived.Highly unreasonable and illegal. They can't charge you for doing any less than leaving a suite reasonably" clean

I've been living in a building (VoP) that's been managed by PPM for over 10 years. I can truly say they are very responsive and diligent when it comes to managing the complex and it's made my experience far more enjoyable. I've dealt with other management companies previous to living here and there's no comparison.

I am on a Board who has worked with Progressive for about 10 years. Progressive has always been very professional, knowledgeable and consistent. Being a property manager is a thankless profession and it is easy to complain about one-off situations. Professional has an extremely high level of knowledge regarding condominium law, financial statements are always timely and accurate. From my experience, they go above and beyond in helping resolve complex scenarios as they have a great depth of experience. I highly recommend them.
