Got a reasonable quote from one of their sales people. Gave them a 20%deposit. Took 4 months for them to give us an engineered drawing. Then they came to site and gave us a different quote that was twice the price. Lost our deposit. Do not use these guys.

We paid them out of our own pocket because Edmonton abandoned ship.Do not hire this contractor.They send non professional, unskilled workers that have zero respect for other tradework completed. They come and disrespect the property and people.Never trust this company to build a doghouse.

If I could give this terrible Company 0 Stars I would. They don't get anything done on time and are not true to their word. I highly recommend staying far away from them and never do business with them.

Terrible Customer service. Our company put down a large deposit for a Quonset structure which had a lead time of 2 months at the time. now fast forward to almost 1 YEAR later and they are blaming supplier delays STILL. They stopped replying to emails 3 months ago and never provided evidence that there were legitimate supplier delays when requested.

I was referred to Pavilion from a concrete company. I knew that they had to be a quality operation, however I had no idea the quality and care I would receive. They were happy to provide me with all the information I needed to start my project. I was given a cell number I could call any time and was treated with outmost care. Each employee treated my property as his or her own. The people they employ were trustworthy and respectful. Building phase went smoothly, and I have ended up with a great structure that was finished on time.Recommend!

The VP wants this place to be a family, I don't believe they are there yet. Recently I left a steady job to help fill a role within their organization, and within three weeks they sent me down the road. As someone with 25 years in the industry, and 15 years in management positions, this was a new one for me. Take that for what you will.OT is banked time off only, and their banked time will not be paid out at straight time. Others there beyond 3 months, still do not have benefits they were promised.While I believe the VP in that he wants to make things better, they have a way to go yet.

The quality was way better than expected, we needed assistance with the floor and foundation and they helped us threw the whole construction of it as I was doing my self to save costs. Building construction went very well considering the remote location and difficulty of getting into the site during wet times. Would recommend company too friends and will be getting another bigger building next time

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. You’ve given my company the complete run around on a structure we put a large down payment on and won’t even return phone calls or emails. Customer service is a joke, the entire company is a joke. Don’t make the mistake we made and waste your time and money

This company has terrible Communication. To the point where they have stopped responding to emails and calls. They have taken a substantial down payment on a product that my company has not seen. Extremely unhappy.
