Lawtons Drugs Cole Harbour

Worst hours ever. We live within 100 meters of the store and can almost never go because it’s already closed.Fridges were broken the last time we went. Everything was warm. How does it even stay on business?

I have been a customer for 10 years.Lawtons does not treat you like a number.wonderful store.

Very friendly staff and easy to browse store, with a variety of items to purchase. Prices are a bit high, but this is to be expected at a drug store.

Been going to Lawtons in Cole Harbour for 30+ years, the last couple of years the service in the pharmacy has gone from bad to worse. It was a 4 hr min now its 24hrs after you call your prescription. They blame it on covid but its a lack of customer service, and laziness my prescriptions are regularly not ready or incomplete when i go to pick them up which means another trip in from Lawrencetown to get what they forgot. Today was a prime example i called in and Rx on Thursday and my Dr faxed in refills for my other Rx’s Friday. I went in today to get them and my inhaler which i called in Thursday was not ready, no excuse just its not ready the one i need the most. I have talked with the manager a couple of times over the last year and its been pointless. I am switching to another pharmacy and filing a complaint with Lawtons head office, from messing up my Rx’s to questioning my Dr about Rx’s and wasting my time, its sad that in this day and age with the technology they have they just dont care about the customer and how their ineptitude affects them.

This store is usually terrific. However there have been instances recently of really long line ups for pick up of Rx's. I had a call saying my Rx is ready for pick up. I went to the store and waited in a line of about 8 ahead of me. Approx an HOUR after arriving I got to the window at the pharmacy. I was told the Rx wasn't ready and would I mind stepping to the side to wait for it so they could serve others. I was livid and I said so. I told her yes I mind very much. To this I received an exaggerated eye roll. I said nothing more because I was so angry I knew if I said anything I would regret it and I would probably st weeping as I do when I'm angry or upset. That almost sent me to another location. I spoke with the pharmacy manager and she was ver apologetic and said I was certainly not treated the way I should have been. I haven't had a problem since.

Great and well stocked drug store. Good prices and friendly, helpful staff. Convenient parking to get in and out quickly.

I get my medication here. Excellent customer. Service.

Picking up prescriptions has been a little slower, but all in all great pharmacy staff.

They are Never to busy to help. Friendly knowledgeable team.

We have been going here for years now and they never disapoint.
