Took my son here for a year. Constant revolving door of OT and physiotherapists. Seriously only consistency is the inconsistencies. Had to fire them as they just take money

April is a committed therapist who makes an effort to really understand my son and builds great rapport with him. We are happy to have met a dedicated and patient speech therapist like her.

A spinal cord injury left my right side with restricted movement and significant muscle tone. I attended the healthcare supported programs which helped me initially. I was feeling that l couldn’t expect any more improvement until l contacted Abilities and met Eva. Since the first session l have renewed hope that l can improve. And l have. Thank you Eva and Abilities for your professional treatment program.

Abilities has made sure our experience with speech therapy has been seamless and friendly right from the beginning. Not only are all staff really kind, understanding and friendly but our SLP K. Becker has been nothing but patient, informative and professional during our sessions. She treats my son with respect, and listens to him so that she can best communicate with him, but also allows him to go at his own pace. She tries to understand him, and had built trust within the very first session.After a very frustrating start to trying to find a speech therapist that best fit our needs, once I found Abilities the frustration was gone. From booking, to the actual appointments and sessions, I’m extremely impressed and we will continue our therapies here at the Coquitlam branch.

if you need physical help, come be a part of this centre. Very high educated workers, very patient with clients, hard workers.i have been with them for almost 2 year. And from non walking stage, i am almost ready to run. Totally recommend this centre.

Amal helped my 12 year old son recover from a rare neurological illness. She explained things to him in a way he could understand and motivated him so much that I never had to ask him to complete his exercises at home even when it was challenging for him. I cannot thank Amal enough for her expertise and kindness. Katrina was also great in helping schedule appointments that fit with work and school.
