Gap

One staff member went out of their way to help me look for a soft, bright-coloured turtleneck for a present. After walking around the store looking with me, she literally pulled out her phone and we looked on the Gap website to see if anything was similiar to what I was looking for. Unfortunately the sweater I was eyeing was sold out in the size I needed in basically all the stores. But I just really appreciated how helpful and genuine she was. Sorry I didn't get her name :(

Great place to go for all things kids. I purchased an item online and went to pick it up in store. The sales associates are friendly and take their time when you have questions. Lots of variety in store and great sales happening.

Staff very helpful and understanding. I did an exchange and by accident sales associate gave me back dress that I was returning. I can back, provided my purchase receipt and got back appropriate size. Thank you!

Worst gap i have ever been to. The managers there are so awful to there employees. I over heard on there walkies how they talk to the employees and pressuring them to get emails when everyone in the store can hear what they are saying because they dont wear headsets. One managers was so rude to me she has short brown hair and when i just asked if she could check the back for something she rolled her eyes at me. Another manager short with long black hair was talking so badly about one of HER employees on the sales floor! Like this is absolutely disgusting. I only go into this store because of the sales associates they go above and beyond. People like these managers are why gap is going under.

This location seemed fine to me. The clothing isn't really my favorite. The people seemed fine to me. I thing the location is average which is why I'm giving it 3 stars

They still have some nice stuff, but their prices are beyond ridiculous. Unless there is a sale, I will not consider buying anything there, especially that there are other stores in the same mall with competitive products at half the price.

The review that I share here is not about this store, its about my online shopping from GAP.One of the worse shopping ever, I purchased about $268 in total and on the first day gap received the full amount, after receiving the first package the charge me again for the package that i received, and it goes on for the other packages, and my cream card got over charges over and over, even I returned some of the purchases to the store and gap charge me one more time the same amount that i supposed to receive refund and again my cream card got over charge.So for just one online shopping they play with my credit card more than 5 times.I didn’t ever have any experience like this before and I’m not gonna shopping anymore from GAP and also share this bad experience with my friends for sure to make sure they will not have same issues.

Employees were very nice. They tell you the promotions going on when you enter the store.If you found something you like but they don't have your size, they'll help you order it online and it'll ship to you for free.The store is well organized and clean. Their change rooms are nice and spacious.

People are very nice. I am a American eagle fan for last 8years. Some how the salesman at the men’s section convinced me to try out a short pant and I started love their fittings. It’s like super perfect. :).
