Absolutely terrible customer service, I have been waiting over 4-5 months for my couch to arrive an dyes I understand it's covid but I asked for call updates and hadn't heard from anyone for over 2 months until I called them, I was informed it was suppose to arrive within a couple weeks and was told I'd be called with updates even if it did not, more than 1.5 months again and I called for any sort of update and my calls weren't answered and my messages never returned. I called again a couple weeks ago on a Tuesday and was told it would be in sarnia Thursday and I would be called Friday even if was not in sarnia, 3 weeks passed with no call again, I called twice and left messages with no answer; they finally reached out telling me it had finally arrived" but we had more issues and they argued with me over it not fitting in the elevator of my building despite me telling them multiple times the day I bought it

TJ's offers a very large selection of furniture - much more than what is in store. Order options are almost endless. Prices are more than reasonable. Friendly, helpful staff that are not commission paid.

We have not been impressed the last few times. I don't like being met at the door by a sales person and then followed around the store as if they think we are going to steal ssomething. Prices are not as reasonable as they were when the store was on London Road.

Great store, Good staff. We had a problem with a purchase for the first time. They handled the return with no problem.

Was pleased with my recent experience at TJ's. Parents have dealt with them many times in the past and now I am dealing with them! Easily was able to choose the type of counter height stool and finish I wanted and got it ordered in no time. Very helpful and friendly staff that made the process very simple. Thanks TJ's!

This place is great, though I didn't purchase anything on my last visit. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. They have so many nice things to furnish your home and a wide variety also. Check them out if you haven't yet.

The most fun furniture place to shop! Danielle and John are so happy to see you and offer no pressure, no commission, no hassle shopping!! Exchanges are no problem (I know first hand!)They carry a lot of Canadian made furniture and offer custom fabric choices!Avoid the big box same old stuff and wander into unique Canadian made experience! You will love it! ❤️

This place has everything and very nice furniture. We were looking for a clock and there were quite a few of them. Lots of wall pictures to choose from also
