Shop was very clean, jonathan was amazing and welcoming, giving it 4 stars because cut felt rushed, barber did good job but just felt rushed, would recommend

Victoria was fantastic. She was attentive, professional, and absolutely friendly with my kids. She also engaged with me to ask for my opinion. Person at the front was also friendly and polite. First time here and won't be out last.

I think I have finally found THE place. The interior is beautiful, clean but warm and comfortable. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. Angel did my cut for me, and did an amazing job! I have never had such a great experience going to a barber. I always get nervous about getting my haircut, and put it off longer than I should because of it. Not anymore Starks on George st in Peterborough is my place and Angel is my barber. So happy right now!

I used to love Starks for my son's haircuts. Unfortunately, our last 2 visits have left me wondering why I'm paying almost $100 for 2 kids cuts when the cuts are terrible, and my boys have to wear hats to hide their hair. If you have brand new barbers cutting hair, you should charge much less. Unfortunately we won't be coming back.

Cancelled my appointment 3 hours before after I took an evening off work I was just passing by and had called in to see if they had anything sooner which they didn’t. But funny the barber who I was booked with wasn’t sick?3rd time in a row they have contacted me last minute about my appointment . Lost a Regualr customer . Walked out and into the new barber shop just across the road where an ex employee from starks works ! Happy they cancelled now

I was passing through town later at night (6:30pm) on a Friday and decided I wanted a haircut. I called Starks and I was booked in with no notice. They are very professional and super friendly. The whole experience from start to finish exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend to anyone! Thanks again Starks barbershop and company for one of the best haircuts I have ever received! I’ll definitely be visiting again next time I’m passing through Peterborough

Took my son to get a haircut here yesterday. He’s super picky about his hair but wanted to try this new spot - and he was over the moon excited about his hair cut.He said it’s the haircut he’s always wanted and no one’s been able to deliver.Thank you.Confidence at 11 these days seems to be hard to come by - but you boosted his and we’re just so happy with the entire experience. We’ll definitely be back!!

First visit here after multiple recommendations from people. Angel did my hair and I 1000% recommend her. She asked for what I wanted, I showed her pictures, she told me suggestions based on my face/head shape and worked with it to make me look and feel handsome. Absolutely recommend this place and recommend Angel!

Diechi (not sure if I spelled it right, but that's what it sounds like) is fantastic, and gives the best cuts. I understand he's new and still working on getting his timing. I think because he's new he should have more space between clients. We had plans after the haircut, and because he was 20 minutes late we had to cancel some services. We were also told that we had his first appointment.

I was looking for a barber in Peterborough. Booked an appointment on their website based on online reviews. I showed up 10 minutes prior to the appointment and was told the barber would see me soon. After sitting and waiting 30 minutes without an update or timeline I left. It is too bad as it was a nice looking shop. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
