Edge Dr.

I needed three hatchets and an axe sharpened, one hatchet is very old and special to me. They were delivered back to me the same evening he picked them up and they were all perfect and razor sharp. He fixed my special and fragile hatchet good as new again. Excellent customer service, highly recommend!

Kudos to Jason, a.k.a. the Edge Dr. for a fantastic job he did sharpening our knives and scissors. Not shown in this photo is a pair of hedge clippers he did as well as an ice chopper, and 4 chef's knives for our daughter.And, he picks up and delivers! Thanks again, Jason.

Jason did an amazing job with the knives and was very careful with them. Service was also top notch as he picked them up and dropped off. I don't think this is a business but rather a labour of love. I recommend him to anyone from everyday knife users to chefs.

The Edge Dr. provides pick up and drop off services for your dull and chipped knives. (Garden tools as well.) Jason is quick to reply to messages and is a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend his sharpening service.

Jason did an incredible job bring three of my favourite knives back to life. They have never been so sharp. Not only did he pick them up, Jason had them done and delivered back in barely three hours. The price was great and the quality of his work is fantastic.

I wasn’t really sure what to expect from a guy I found on Facebook, my expectations were quite low. I sent the message and the response was in minutes, I think 6 minutes to be exact. I asked about pricing and services via email and was very happy with the information provided. I ask Jason to contact me via text as it is just easier for me. Jason and I arranged a pick up of my knives, I offered to drop them off but he told me is part of the service. I gave him my address and went back to my tasks around my house. When I went outside my knives were gone. I received a text about some of the “little things” about my knives so that Jason could make it perfect and that’s just what he did. I was given a status report on the condition of my knives and Jason had told my that they are in good shape and would be ready for me tomorrow. As he promised the knives were dropped off to my home right where he picked them up. I was so happy with the job he did with them I was just blown away. I expected to pay around 12-15 dollars per knife and I gave him 5 of various lengths and the total price was under 10 bucks a knife. I encourage anyone to shop around, I would put Jason’s skills up against anyone in the sharpening business. Thank you Jason and I will continue to shop and support local.

Needed quite a few expensive Japanese knives sharpened and fixed from dings/chips that needed a specific degree and not a lot of places are capable of doing such a job. After some more looking around I found Edge Dr and honestly from the start Jason was a pleasure to deal with. Pick up and drop off to our home, available dates that worked with both our schedules and all knives returned in 24 hours, amazing prices, and looked absolutely brand new and extremely sharp. I received a complete informed quote with each specific blade and all the information provided made me more comfortable that I had found someone that truly understands how particular and OCD I am about my knives. Even my husband doesn’t touch my knives so huge trust factor. If you have any knives or blades you need professionally sharpen please use Edge Dr. Jason takes his time and is specific with each blade and most importantly he is very honest. I will be sending more business his way and using his service again
