Reillys Lock & Security Systems

I had a horrible experience with this company. I have a home security system installed by them, from a previous home owner.Sometime later from moving in my new home, I realized that the security system is not alarming any more when the doors and windows are open. I called them to get some help on how to re-enable it, but was told that they cannot help because of the liability" issue. The advice from them is either googling myself for the user manual and help myself

Had an absolutely TERRIBLE experience with 3 Reilly security guards at the CNE. My sister tripped on a discarded piece of metal, and was bleeding profusely from her knee. We asked if they could assist with medical attention or allow us to leave through the gate to seek some, and they refused. She was visibly having trouble walking and they still refused. Absolutely deplorable customer service and overall human decency. I understand that the CNE is a large event but please do some due diligence in hiring guards that actually care about people.

I purchased a camera security system and I had it installed by a Reilly tech. Two weeks after the install one of the cameras stopped working. I made an appointment to have the camera replaced and they tried to bill me for the replacement even though it was still under a 30 day warranty.When the Reilly tech replaced the camera he drilled an additional hole in our house and then left the old hole wide open. He did not even bother to fill the hole. You cannot leave a hole in someone's house. There was no need to drill a second hole. The new camera should have gone directly over the existing hole.The video recorder is very frustrating to use. If you do not login to the recorder after 3 months it resets your password and locks you out. The only way to unlock it is to book an appointment for a Reilly Tech to visit your home which costs money.This company does not stand behind the products they sell. Very poor customer service.

Great company to work for or to get guards from! Only thing is some guards might not be as enthusiastic about their job as others, but that's out of there control.

Great customer service, fast and efficient. I still continue to only use them for all service on my home and business.

Great sales staff and great knowledge of various locks

This establishment is con!! They sell you products that they have no intention of refunding. I was sold a product that does not work. Called there Techinician to come and see if it works. Charged me$150 and did not get the lock to work. I’m out close to $600. Strongly recommend to not use this business at all.

Reilly Lock is the only company that has my Medeco key on file so I can only have it duplicated there. It's not close to my home so I had to travel a great distance to have this key cut and then they cut it wrong! You can see in the picture that the middle part of the key doesn't match the original. I contacted them and asked if they could pick the key up from downtown Toronto to fix it but they refused and told me to come there. I asked for the $25 charge for the key to be refunded since I have to go all the way back because of their mistake and again they refused. Bad customer service and poor key cutting skills.

I had an issue with Medco lock and they were quick to remove the broken key in the lock mechanism .They replaced all the internal missing parts and brought the lock up to date .Greg,Cory ,Carmen and Enzo(canine)treated me like family . While I waited , I had the pleasure of meeting a young lady who gave amazing advice on canine nutrition. They’re professional and very knowledgeable.Great client experience on my end ,and thank you for all your help!

Bad service, wasted all my time went there. Not recommended.
