I have been using Grand Alarms six years and I just upgraded my security equipment with Grand Alarms. Kelsie Cooper helped me a lot so I am so satisfied with my new Doorbell Camera, smart Lock, Outside HD Camera, and Keypad etc.I have changed to the Cellular Services this time because Grand Alarm has advanced equipment to meet my needs. Cellular Service doesn’t need landline anymore, but safety level remains as same.Thanks Kelsie! Thanks the sales team of Grand Alarm! thanks everyone in Grand Alarm who has been working hard!Our world is more beauty and safety because of all of you! ^_^

If it was possible to give less than one star, I would. Their monitoring center is a joke. I've been with them for over 10 years and cancelled. My alarm went off on numerous occasions and the siren would go until the system reset on its own and not even one call from Grand Alarms. I pay for monitoring and police service (changes to guard service who doesn't show up either) They offered me one month of free service for the inconvenience. Even if they offered me one year of free service, what would be the point if they are not even calling me when the alarm is triggered. You are better of cancelling if you want a sense of security. Even the doorbell camera and some camera they offer is horrible.

WARNING!! DO NOT GO WITH GRAND ALARMS!! We used them and for 4 years we were never protected, they then told us we needed GSM, I emailed for 6 Months and multiple calls to the Manager after a couple incidents that happened to our home. They didn’t care to contact me back. I had 5 months left of contract, they decided to slap a charge of $124 to end my contract. I was furious! We didn’t get protection for years (and we paid) but here you are still charging us?!?!? Come to find out, today (2 years later), I was sent to collections and $124 became $416!!! Of course, I had to pay that. I was furious bc I was hoping management would help me and not charge $124 for service we never received! Instead they sent me to collections!! I wish I could give it less than 1 Star! I’m not one to write a bad review, but man they are robbers!!!!

Absolutely worst customer service. Their products don't work and if you ask them to send a technician to troubleshoot, they charge you even though it's THEIR faulty product not working and you still have to pay monthly service fee. When you ask to escalate your concern to a manager, they simply hang up on you. Not sure how this type of business is still operating.....

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM. They do not clarify what you sign up for and did not tell me it was a 3 YEAR CONTRACT. My fault for not being careful and read the contract but it was at the time of my house closing. I can’t even cancel unless I pay the rest of the term. I will definitely post this on social media as well which is something I never do. They’re GREEDY.

First, they have the worst customer service in their area of business. Poor communication with customers through emails or phone calls even if they cannot convince the customer they hang up on them. They rather to over charge the customer for not being aware of their payment and threatening the consumer that they have no choice or options to get through their problems.

When we purchased a house, they offered to install a central vacuum. We reported that the central vacuum was not working properly after installation.The customer care representative asked me to bring the hose to their store in Vaughan, which is far from this location. However, I was not certain if this would resolve the issue since the fault was not found.​The manager never responded or picked up the phone when I repeatedly requested to be connected to him. I believe it is their responsibility to make sure the device is installed correctly and functions correctly and they could have sent their technician to fix it. Please consider twice whether you want to go with Grand Alarm

Service was quick and easy. Installer came within time frame and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Alarm system is easy to use and manage.
