Not a good starbucks. Waste of money. You try to get a flavored latte and it tastes like hot foam and espresso. They're terrible. Do yourself a favor and go to Robie Street Starbucks, much better

I have come to this Starbucks twice. I was helped both times by an employee named Alicia. She makes the world's best caramel ribbon crunch frap! On top of that she's extremely sweet. Over all great customer service and a fantastic coffee!
