I have known Dr. Ross both personally and professionally for many years .Dr. Ross's professionalism and attention to detail far exceed any other aesthetic care I have recieved at other clinics in the past .The staff are warm , kind and inviting.After my fillers and botox , given by Dr. Ross ,I felt rejuvenated and fabulous and still looking quite natural. I could have easily returned to an office desk / work after my treatment !I highly recommend Dr. Ross and her office staff. The rating stars only allowed a 5 out of 5 , but I would rate them a 10 out of 5 !D.D.

My favourite medical aesthetic clinic! Dr. Ross is fantastic; she is funny, a fountain of knowledge, and personable, answering every question and putting you at ease. Co creates a plan to get you a realistic, enhanced final result. I’ve watched firsthand as Dr. Ross incorporates new products and techniques to provide her clients with the best, most natural results.Charis, the front admin, is friendly, the most welcoming first face to see when you walk in. The clinic space itself is gorgeous, with a lovely aesthetic and positive feel inside. They are offering the best skin care and a range of services. It is located in a great part of downtown Victoria, with easily accessible street-side parking nearby.Glad to have been introduced to such a gem!

Having worked in salons/spas, I am very discerning when it comes to treatments, products, and providers. I had the pleasure of working with Nicole who blew me away with her knowledge of skin concerns, underlying causes, triggers, and honest, thoughtful recommendations and solutions. She even offered to go through all the products I am currently using, and research them to ensure they would be beneficial to our treatment plan. That is above and beyond service, and so very appreciated! You can see Nicole's passion for her work, and that made me confident to book in with her right away. I know she will be able to achieve what we discussed, and I am hopeful and excited for the outcome! Laura at the front desk was also a pleasure to meet- so kind and accommodating. The clinic is just as beautiful from the inside as the outside. A warm and welcoming space.

Dr. Ross really is the best at what she does. She is always patient and kind, listens attentively and does a fantastic job.

Wish I could keep this place a secret, but it’s absolutely fabulous. The babes here are professional, efficient and will treat to your goals with such skill and knowledge. I’ve been to a handful of doctors and nurse injectors over the years and absolutely nothing comes close to the experience here. Everything you need and nothing you don’t. 12 out of 5 stars
