As first time home buyers, Les took the time to explain everything to us and answered our questions before we even asked them. He was quite knowledgeable but still easy to talk to, professional and personable. I was so impressed with the job, the very short time for the report to be ready. This is very commendable. I will recommend the Home inspectors to my colleagues any time any day. I highly recommend this company for your home inspection needs. I got Les as my home inspector and he was absolutely wonderful to work with. He provided candid and insightful information about the house and what to look for going forward. The final report includes detailed pictures and results of the inspection which he went over with me in detail, line by line and what should or could be done about things. I had even mentioned how i wanted to add a heater for my garage and he went above and beyond to ensure there was the ground work in pace and it was possible for me to add this little addition to the garage (without costing me an arm and a leg) before I went ahead and bought the property. I feel confident in what I am buying going forward and will be using these guys again in the future.
