Decent pool with a hot tub and steam room.

Nice little pool. The staff are great, today was my first time at this location. To the young man with natural hair and fade, you did amazing today, there was a disrespectful group and you handled it. I appreciate that it was done, thank you.

Despite being an older facility, the pool & change rooms are constantly clean. Fantastic pricing for admission & especially pool parties. Staff are friendly (when they’re around). Reasonably priced Swim Lessons compared to surrounding areas.My only negative is there’s been several times I’ve experienced discrepancies with the scheduling on the Facebook page (or the Town of Innisfail website). Multiple times over the years, my family has shown up for Public Swim to be notified it was cancelled or the time was changed without any notices posted online.Looking forward to discover what improvements are upcoming.

Decent facility. I am a terrible swimmer but i enjoy swimming here. It's a great place to meet people. I am leaving 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 stars as I am sick of the lack of correct and updated pool scheduling information. About a dozen times over the past few years I have had access to the wrong scheduling information. I have been mislead by the website quite a few times before. Not wanting this to happen I started to call and verify when I see a discrepancy. Today, I called to verify a lane swim schedule change on the website and was told the change was correct. However, when I arrived, there was mostly public swim going on and there were only 2 lanes available as public swim was extended. Why was I not informed of this when I called? Perhaps it wasn't the receptionists fault as she said she was just informed then too. But why wasn't she informed sooner?

Not too many people, clean and steam room and hot tub are nice and big so lots of space. My kids love the climbing wall when it's open as well!

Dirtiest pool in all of red deer county. Use to be clean, i think the lifeguards forgot what a scrub brush is used for.

Perfect pool for the family! Reasonably priced swimming lessons. The hot tub is big and actually hot!

Instructor was to far to see as I am legally blind and only 45 so I had to stay in shallow end and she was at deep end .Anyways was fun till my friend slipped and broke her knee cap . Going to get a pin put in her knee . Will be back when she recovers ."

Cleanness , awesome staff , great atmosphere. The people there where friendly. The prices where affordable . Thank you so much .

Our family loves to go swimming together. The pool may be old but it’s still a great way to spend quality time together.
