Used their snow-clearance service for some years now. Great at keeping us informed of where and when their plows will be and their input on upcoming weather is a bonus! Couldn't be happier!

We have been using Hunt Club East Snow Removal for a few seasons now. They have been fairly reliable and dealt with property damage post season reasonably well (they gouged our asphalt driveway and drove over some sod). No biggie. Unfortunately we've been noticing the operators being careless in their removal operations rushing about. One even blasted my neighbors cars which was recorded on camera. On February 2020, one operator crashed into our garage, shaking the entire house, damaging the garage door and also damaged my car parked inside. You would expect a private company that you paid a service on your property to correct any potential damage incurred... disappointingly no. The process dragged out until August where I gave up and went through my house insurance and everything is now repaired in September. If you decide to choose these guys, ask them for their insurance information or else you'll get the run around when your time comes.

Took advantage of their snow removal service over the past 5 years. Drivers have always been friendly & efficient. Company if contacted have been extremely understanding and responsive. Would highly recommend.

We use year round services from Hunt Club East Snow and Lawn. This winter presented enormous challenges and the team went above and beyond throughout the season. Timely, thorough, pleasant and dependable service! The summer crews are knowledgeable, dedicated, meticulous and responsive to any of our questions. We are delighted with the bio program and our new RTF sod! Our landscaping and lawn maintenance have never looked better!

RUN! They damaged our garage door and tried to deny it many times. They sent an unprofessional person as a representative to take pictures and convince us they didn’t do it. Never in my life have I been treated with such disrespect. They are so unethical When it was established that they caused the damage they completely disappeared and stopped replying to our emails. See you in court.

Excellent snow removal services. Communication is stellar, technology (GPS, email notice) is extremely convenient. Payment platform and contract are all digital making it easy. Fair pricing for snow accumulations over the contract limit. Not the cheapest of all providers, but more reliable in my experience and easily worth the small premium for us.

We've used HCE for snow removal for the past three years. They are consistent and provide timely and thorough communication with each expected snow fall. We recommend them to neighbours and will continue to use them. The price has gotten to be higher than we would like, but given the rising costs of gas and living wages it is an understandable increase.
