The service is absolutely wonderful. Suzy is very friendly, accommodating and quick to respond. We have a senior dog who is blind and Suzy and Mary make us feel very confident that he getting the best care when we are not home. I highly recommend!!

Really great service. My husband and I were able to enjoy a worry free week in Costa Rica thanks to Pawz N Play. Knowing our beloved kitties were being well taken care of set our minds at ease so we could enjoy ourselves.The twice daily updates were great. We also have a pet cam and were able to see that our 2 kittens and 1 senior cat were receiving excellent care. Lots of cuddles, brushes and playtime and of course the less fun bits of pet ownership like meds, litter, feeding and water were all attended to as we would ourselves. My husband's flight home was delayed and they were able to accomodate a last minute visit request no problem. They obviously love animals as much as we do!Booking and payment were easy, friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.

We have been using Pawz 'N' Play for more than 10 years. We are very happy with the overall reliability of Pawz 'N' Play, and service provided. The service is excellent, and our dog is always happy to see them.The staff are very professional and great with animals. When they come and walk, play, or give our dog a cuddle, it allows the dog to have a stretch and us to feel confident that our dog has been taken care of. Updates are always sent after every visit to let us know everything is good.We will continue to use Pawz 'N' Play as long as they provide the pet sitting services.

Very thankful to have Suzy and Mary take care of Bogart when I travel. He gets treated royally and doesn't like to leave! The peace of mind is very important to me.

I have worked with Suzy and her fabulous team a number of times over the years. My dogs have always been happy and excited to see them. This was the first time I had Shawna, one of Suzy's team stay at my house while I was away. She took great care of my fur babies, sent daily updates and even got them special treats. Susie and her team take such wonderful care of our three cats when we go away. They send regular updates to make us feel at ease. They don't rush and spend time chatting and petting the cats.
