I was having issues on my end from not being on the list fly out list, my first day with a fly out position for work was a lot easier with how nice the ladies were.Luckily things were cleared up and approved 15min before take off. But super stress free process, nothing like public airports.

I have used Central Mountain Air frequently and have found them to be extremely diligent and professional. Weather and airport issues do affect every airline, but my greatest concern is safety from gate to gate. In that I find CMA very focused. :-) I will use their services often, I'm sure.

I fly every week. This time was the first time i took this airline. First flight was to High Level AB on Wednesday from Edmonton. After the flight which was safe pilot(too small of a plane to have flight attendants) was greeting passengers and wishing them a good day, when I came to smile and say thanks for the flight she ignored me. This was a white girl who flies that route. I let it pass.I flew back to Edmonton on October 12th. Same pilot flew the plane. When I said thanks, this time she looked down on me and ignored me while she was very friendly with others.Airlines should train employees to be polite with all passengers despite race.I emailed the airline about this and havent heard from them at all. This is even worst customer service.I hope I will never have to use them again.
