20-25mins per car, not that bad. The reason I gave 4 stars because the cleaning and drying could be better. The day we came, we are not sure the towels or the water need to be changed since they left some spots look like dirt when we have the car back.

Overpriced. I felt that I got a price that was more related to the brand of my car than the requested service. My charging cable mysteriously disappeared after my visit ?? After my auto wash closed few months ago, I am looking for an alternative. Still looking though, and won’t come back nor recommend Lido.

today order a car wash inside and out for $45! in the end, it was like I didn’t wash the car, terrible service, and washed the car inside and out for only 10 minutes maximum!

I went there to clean the car in and out, I have a SUV, cost me bellow $30, took 25 minutes. The car was very clean, not impeccable as if I was paying $200. So I would say great job for the price I pay, I am very satisfied and will return. If you are looking for a quick job to get you car clean, go there. If you are looking to get out with a new car right out of the dealer, may be not (looking at other reviews).

I got my car washed inside and out. The service was maybe a little too quick. Where I had seen dirty spots both in and out, the dirt was still there. I needed to clean the car myself! I rated 3 stars, because you are my usual go to spot, and in the past the cleaning was great. I don't know if the staff is new, but I thought it needed to be said.
