The studio is excellent, with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The instructors are always helpful and friendly. The spaces are clean and the different classes options and schedules provide a lot of flexibility. I would definitely recommend Innocere yoga to anyone looking to star or continue their yoga journey!

WOW! I am beyond pleased with my experience at this studio. Visited Montreal for a few days and was looking for a place to practice. I got the 4 class pass and I wish I had more time to take more! If Innocere Yoga ever opens up in Toronto, it would definitely be my go-to studio. From the Moroccan decorations, the custom made wood tables, to the extremely friendly staff. Loved every part of it. Firas, Sabrina and Gabriela all had different styles of teaching and they were all fantastic. I will definitely be back every time I’m in Montreal. Thanks again for such a great experience.

Every single Innocere Yoga teacher and staff are extremely friendly, kind and open. The studio is very clean and the air quality is fantastic. I can’t recommend Innocere Yoga enough!They provide different kinds of yoga, and the temperature differs depend on the class you take. They are very clear about that on their website, so there’s nothing to worry about.I am a complete beginner to yoga. I’ve had different classes with several different teachers so far, and every single one of them is amazing!! They don’t just teach poses, but also how to focus your mind and meditate.If you are looking for a yoga studio in Montreal, this is the place!

Fantastic workout! Perfect balance of serenity and sweat. The studio is ultra clean, tranquil & smells great. Staff is knowledgable and helpful. I loved the views of murals from the second floor windows to focus during the practice. The bengal chai tea afterwards was a special touch! Class act all the way!

Innocere is such an amazing yoga studio! The design and atmosphere of the studio itself are amazing. The instructors are caring, friendly and knowledgeable, making you feel super comfortable regardless of your yoga level. It is the perfect environment to practice yoga and take a calming and soothing break in your day! Taking a membership is 100% worth it, I couldn’t recommend it enough!!

I got a one month unlimited pass here as I was only in the Plateau for a few weeks. This is such a lovely studio with very welcoming instructors and clean amenities. There are multiple showers, change rooms, and private bathrooms, all of which were kept consistently clean.For reference, I am a beginner and had never done hot yoga before, but I had done regular yoga a handful of times in the past.I attended mostly Jaime's classes and thought he was an excellent instructor. In just a few weeks, I definitely saw an improvement in my practice. I also went to a few of Matea's classes and she was amazing as well- very friendly and welcoming instructor. Both seemed very knowledgeable and offered variations for noobs like me :)Overall, I'd highly recommend this studio!

Love the atmosphere and the vibe, the challenge of the classes and the love that they put into the studio, its spotless and absolutely beautiful! All around amazing place I highly recommend it , the teachers are all so wonderful and talented. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
