Haven't been to a Tim Hortons much since the pandemic. It was strange not being able to sit and enjoy a coffee inside the dining room. But it was nice to be able to order a coffee and any baked good and have it on the run. The staff are very courteous and welcoming and I applaud them for what they have to do during this. You guys are totally awesome

Awesome. Thank you Nancy for the awesome coffees and sandwich. You and Sam are some of the friendliest people there. Exceeded my expectations. If you go in definitely ask for nancy. Best put together sandwich I've had in a long time, and the coffee was just as good as coming from a brand new coffee pot.

Tim Hortons coffee is the best coffee for me. Also it's situated at a great location. The drive through moves along quite quickly. The choices are plentiful if you decide to have a bite to eat. The atmosphere is very friendly and clean. It also has handicap parking. The staff are friendly and courteous.

Been there three times for the real fruit quencher. Every time I ask for no ice and every time I've gotten ice. Next time this happens I'm just not accepting it. Like how hard is it to take a order when that's your job.

Its like any other tims. Everything is same vibe a lil different tho. Other then that, its fine.

Only the drive thru is 24hrs - the dining room closes at 10pm. Hours on Google listing should reflect this. Great location otherwise - workers here are always friendly and they have bench tables as well.

Tim's on Parliament Avenue is a little convoluted to get to but always clean, food is good and reasonable and servers are courteous and caring.

Lineups in drive thru are usually long, especially during rush hour. The lines go slowly too. Coffee isn't always too great either. Staff is super friendly tho, always smiling. There is a feeling of family too, at most times.

Absolutely terrible service... screwed up our order, gave us a 4 minute warning that they were closing at 11 and refused to let us use the facilities before we left( at 10:58 ). The only good thing was that one of the counter attendants tried locking me in the restaurant AFTER rushing my female friends to leave so I startled him.
