I came in nervous and emotional. The staff was so comforting and welcoming. They talked with me before I went in calming me down. I went in Dr.Fergason was fantastic. So kind and reassuring. He did such a great job . I left very happy. Thanks you for putting up me for being so scared staff and dr Ferguson.

The dr. Was good .. nice and very professional.. but the recipcenest doesn't care about the client .. she get me paid 2000$ for the service as I gave her my insurance card number to claim the money from them .. she told me that they recejeted the claim and that so weird for me because I have many service in the same week in the dental clinic and the claim was working with no problems.. at the end I got a claim form from her to see what is wrong with the insurance company. I went home look at the claim form then I found my birth date is wrong that is why the claim is rejected and I have to pay 2000 dollars from my own pocket as a resultfor her fault. I was so annoyed that she doesn't care about me and she didn't try to see why the claim rejected and she didn't even apologize for this mistake after I phoned her again to tell her that she wrote my birthdate wrong in the claim .. so weird .. bad experience.. hopefully got my money back from the insurance soon .
