Great tanning salon in the heart of montreal! The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The beds are the best ones I've used and most importantly everything is clean and sanitized. The pricing is affordable and you even get a free session after 9 sessions. I highly recommend this place to anybody looking to get a great tan for their money in a pleasant and clean environment.

The woman with the short hair is very rude. sorry I don't know her name. I think she's the owner of the place. When I came in, she asks me which machine I want as well as the desired time without asking me If I had a subscription/membership. I told her what I want and then, she gave me the price to pay for the session. I replied quietly I had a subscription... and then she got mad at me because I didn't told her at the beginning? I'll tell you something right now, it's YOUR JOB to ask me ALL the informations necessary for your system.Now, I'll tell you how to give a good customer service. I recommend you to copy/past and print it below what you had to do when you have a customer in front of you.You: Hello! What Can I do for you today? * Use your smile here*Customer: I want a tanning session for 10 minutes.You: Sure! Which machine do you prefer?Customer: 4.You: Great! I have been going to Bronzage Bishop for years and have been very satisfied with their customer service. I have taken memberships over and over again throughout the last 9 years. Their level of cleanliness is very important to me especially in the tanning beds. They have convenient store hours and a variety of tanning products are available.

Very nice tanning salon with marvellous service. I went there this past Saturday, May 13th, 2023. I sent a message the day before on the Friday to find out about prices and Lisa answered me within minutes. The girl who served me on Saturday gave me advice and what machine and time limit worked for me since I have sensitive skin and everything went off without a hitch. I’m someone who is picky with customer service and as my first indoor tanning experience I’m really impressed with how everything went. I will definitely be going back!!!!!

I've been a client of Bronzage Bishop for years now, and have only ever had positive experiences. Incredibly clean, well taken care, bright and down-town located, this is one of the nicest tanning salons I've ever seen. The staff are helpful and friendly. The prices are very reasonable, and the quality can't be beat. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to get a tan no matter how much sun is in the forecast.

This salon offers consistent quality service with various well-maintained equipments.Always clean (long before the pandemic!) with upscale details like chocolate on the towel next to the tanning goggles in the cabin, cotton pads for removing makeup in the renovated bathroom. Friendly and respectful staff.A weekly 10-minute session in cabin #6 to keep a good-looking tan and boost my vitamin D, that is all I need to feel great. It has been my favorite tanning salon for years now. I recommend it.
