Karri did an excellent job finding the right tenant during a difficult time (the winter). I have been a landlord since 1993 but never have I been able to get a tenant who had all of the qualities I desired. Kari did. It was also beneficial that she was able to screen and show the premises to potential tenants without me having to take time from my busy schedule. Thank you for service above and beyond.

We had Karri stay at our home while we were on vacation. She looked after our pets like they were her own. Our dog absolutely loves her! It gave us great peace of mind to know our home was being well taken care of and we were able to really enjoy our trip. Coming home to a clean home and happy pets was wonderful! We will definitely be hiring her again.

We had Karri looking after our home while we were out of the country for a month. Came home to our home in perfect condition. She had even spent some nights here which made me feel extra secure. It was fantastic not needing to worry about our home and knowing that it was in great hands and very well taken care of... We will have her look after the well being of our home every year that we go away for sure and as a Realtor here in Kamloops, I highly recommend using this company for property management. They go the extra mile.

Absolutely the worst property manager ever. We own 3 condos in 3 different towns plus our own in the lower mainland. We are knowledgeable about how property management companies are run.A few examples: our window screens were removed for replacement. They were subsequently lost by company. We were not told for 2 months that they were stolen. We were told we would not get them back for 2 years when another project starts. We were left to purchase our own. Bad project planningRoad maintenance: bad project management, one and one half days ahead of work we were informed ALL vehicles must park on the street. There is know room on street for all complex vehicles. Must be out for 24 hours. Do not no starting when. 8 to 8 or what. We were told to contact delivery companies. This is not possible as companies don’t work that way.I could keep going but it’s to long. You get my drift.

I am renting a basement suit through this company and they are so mean and has no empathy what so ever. I hit rock bottom with mental illness a month ago. I was so depressed that I had suicidal thoughts. Therefore I gave up on life and let my rental home slip for cleanliness. So I received an eviction notice. Since then I have been getting metal Heath help and cleaned up my place, and presently trying to fight the eviction. I have nowhere else to go and if I loose my fight, I have to be out in 24hrs. That means I will be homeless. Like who does that?!?!? No compassion at all. I have never been late on paying rent either.
