Highly recommend! I have been to Ethos many times over the past few years for both face and body treatments, including the IPL laser and microdermabrasion. I most recently saw Samantha for a facial after a terrible breakout - she customized the treatment to my specific needs, and my skin has been clearing beautifully every since. She was very knowledgeable about my condition and provided good aftercare recommendations. Excellent customer service, indulgent spa experience, quality products and GREAT results! I plan to go back and see Samantha on a regular basis… I see it as an investment in my confidence, which truly is priceless. I recommended Ethos to my mom and she attends regularly now and is equally as impressed with the quality and service! Thank you Katina and Samantha!

Katina and her staff are warm, welcoming and professional from the moment you walk in the door of this beautiful spa.I have been treating myself to the Grateful Goddess facial every 6 weeks with Marie since the summer....it is truly heaven and my skin has never looked or felt better (despite wearing a mask all the time!)As a big fan of spa experiences, I have frequented many spas in Ontario and truly Ethos is the best by far!Updating my last review:*****I treated my two 16 year old daughters to a facial and back acne treatment at Ethos yesterday. They both had wonderful experiences and were absolutely glowing when they came out after their treatments.Katina’s staff are skilled and so personable and kind. My daughters were treated with the same level of care and respect as any adult customer.They are so excited to come back again soon!

Never have I experienced the knowledge and extreme delight for all of the services that I have now on a regular basis. From facials, to body treatments, to laser and beyond - if you have a concern or you just want to look your best - Katina and her staff are the ONLY place I will now go to... I went for a restorative beauty facial. The facial wasn't bad, the products they used were very soothing but also highly scented. My skin was quite glowy and refreshed afterwards.But the service here isn't great. Other spas that I've been to have given you coffee or tea while you wait, or during your spa treatment. But for this spa I was given a cold bottle of water as I was leaving.No one was at the front desk when I came in. The staff weren't very communicative during the facial and when I arrived they were having a rude conversation about other staff members quite loudly in the back.The prices are also quite expensive. They tried to sell me on another facial that was almost $200, and they said if I pre-paid I would get 10% off. The products they sell here are also very expensive.The price is definitely not worth what you get.

I went to Ethos for the first time tonight. What a great experience! Awesome, knowledgeable staff. So relaxing!! Impressed and already purchased to come back again. Thanks for a perfect evening out.

Miscommunication, upfront charging, booking is messed up, facial took 2 hours as they left me waiting during the treatment to solve an issue. I am a very patient client, this place needs to uplift and respect their clientele.

Katina and her team are amazing! I always feel so welcome and everyone is so friendly. Their treatments are so wonderful and you can really tell they care about their clients. Maria gave me the most relaxing and thorough facial. My skin looks amazing! I highly recommend Ethos Spa!!

I just had my first facial here and I am really happy with the services. Deanna is amazing, very warm and professional. She made sure I was comfortable and explained everything. I got the ethos custom facial from her, and I can literally feel my skin breathe. Also, the place has a really calming ambience. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I got really good vibes from Katina and her team. Will definitely be coming back :)
