I’ve been shopping at Aritzia since the 90’s. Clothes have always been good quality and last a long time. However, the service is poor. And has been for a long time. Makes for an unpleasant shopping experience.

On April 28th my friends and I visited 3 aritiza stores and this is the only location where we were acknowledged by an salesperson. I don’t know his name but he was working at the front folding and he was Indian. He greeted as as we entered and exited. Thank you

I used to love Aritzia. But they have definitely gone downhill. Their return policy is ridiculous. No returns except on full priced items. Not sure when this went into effect but I will definitely be shopping there less from now on.

I had such an amazing experience shopping at the metorotown aritzia. The store is so clean and organized, greeted with friendly staff.Senen helped me find the perfect tops in my size, and made great recommendations to pair items to fit my figure and style.As someone who gets overwhelmed with narrowing down options, to have his assistance and care made for a stress free pleasant experience.Give this wonderful human a raise.

I came into this location today . My purpose was to return some stuff . I did some shopping also and was helped by Lavin and Ayla ! All I have to say is wow! These two ladies were amazing! They’re so enthusiastic and so helpful. Ayla the Manager brought out an outfit for me that was my style . I absolutely loved it ! Lavin was so loving and compassionate and talked about my trip .. I can’t say enough about these two! Thank you ladies for being so kind !

Had the best shopping experience today with Laven and Janelle. I’ve been shopping at Aritzia for so many years but I’ve never had a shopping experience like I did today. Such incredible staff with amazing energy. I can’t say enough good things about the help I received today. Thank you girls!

Laven was an absolute SUPERSTAR! She was genuine, kind, and took the time to get to know me and my style. Her enthusiasm is contagious, she is a ray of sunshine! I know Aritzia is a busy store, but Laven made me feel looked after and like I was the only customer in the place. I look forward to coming back and having her help style me again. The sales associates will only acknowledge your existence if you look like you can afford to shop there. The person at the door is probably the only person that will say “Hi” or “Welcome” to you. You’ll only really be approached if they see you holding an item in your hand. They almost never have all the sizes in stock and even if they do have your size, there’s makeup and other markings on the item. When they’re replenishing the stock floor, they place the dirty shipping boxes on the other products. There are no mirrors inside of the individual fitting rooms, only the communal mirrors.
