I'm working for the company since two years and now finally I can say that company is stable thanks due to Mr Alireza. He is the best manager I've ever seen in the company.Scheduling is better than before and everything is better in Ottawa branch.

Worst company in my entire lifetime i have worked with. I was a Mobile supervisor for 3 months and a day before probation they fired me without reason. They refused to pay me for orientation and training for 72 hours and are not picking my calls or replying to mai emails. I am soon going to hire a lawyer to get my pay back even if i have to pay him more.

Not capable of handling situations. Had complained multiple times about a tenant playing loud music at night in my apartment building , their security personnels are afraid to deal with that tenant

I have been working with I Guard(Ottawa) for over 16 months and it has been a wonderful experience. I had the best manager i could ask for, Mr. Olasupo, who helped me whenever i asked him or even without asking. He has always been there for me, for work and also outside of work. The work environment is really professional and the management is very friendly. My experience with the company has been amazing and I got to learn a lot in just a short span of time. The best thing about the company is that hard work is always rewarded and recognized, this keeps the employees motivated

This is the best company i’ve worked with, i have more than 6 year experience in this industry but this company has amazing work culture and the best part is every employee has his voice and directly talk to manage .Personally , i am to glad and lucky i joined iguard 360 (ottawa) and some how got connected with my manager[Alireza Almasipoor]. Incompetent management and scheduling I don’t know who thought it was okay to hire people who are so rude , slow and confused all the time. Mobile guards running around going home during their shifts collecting free money , mobile guards on a power trip abusing their so called “power” , schedulers being unsympathetic about basic human rights , management should learn some manners as well. If you’re looking to have security at your site don’t hire this company they are stealing from you , if you’re a potential employee don’t work for this company they will steal from you as well , you have to transfer them money even before you start working , have you ever heard of that ? I’ve been in the industry for 10 years. I will be going to the better business bureau.

CAUTION do not apply. I have worked in the industry for 15 years, this company rates 2nd worst that I have worked for. Company looks nice on paper, they make you a bunch of nice promises to get you into the Company, such as benefits and a higher payrate after your 3 month probation. After 6 months I was still being paid the same and I never received a benefits package. Managers are nice when they want something from you, but the moment you have a personal situation that doesn't fit with them they are rude and unprofessional. They never have the guards back. They only care about their clients. If their clients don't like you they remove you from site. If something out of your control happens and a client complains the company suspends you (no pay) without a proper disciplinary meeting. The programs they use for reports and payroll is the most inefficient in the industry, half the time you can't sign in or it says your not on the work site.

My first security job is with iguard360. I have been very lucky to work with such an amazing team. They are very supportive and provide several opportunities which helpUs to grow our career.

My time here was short however here is my experience:I didn't have a schedule for 3 weeks - I would be told what time to come into the office the morning before and sometimes it was the night before in the evening.
